As a warm up, we premiered a warm-up to these interviews by showcasing an inspirational story by Paul Brown (@CustomBrown) who talks to us about the various struggle he faced in the reno business to get to where he is now (and he’s in a pretty awesome place). Check it out:
Interview #1
Alkarim; along with his stellar crew at BNOTIONS has created a work environment that several of us dream of working in and still maintains exceptional levels of productivity—being able to keep up with high pressure situations and the often pressing demands that large corporations expect to have fulfilled.
Staying true to their out of the box nature, the team at BNOTIONS continue to provide solutions in ways not many people can think of and have been responsible for extraordinary endeavours such as Canada’s first Android developer conference and the quickly growing Yorkville Media Centre who provides a free 9 week program to hone and develop the skills for any and all of those individuals who have always wanted to gain a thorough understanding and grasp on web-development and the digital media industry.

An ambitious graduate from the University of Toronto—Andrew and his friends got together to make their mark in Toronto. Like many young entrepreneurs, the road to this journey proved to be challenging and sometimes impossible; but thank goodness for us—it did not discourage them.

The struggles and hardship Paul faced earlier this year could have very well broken anyone—but not Paul. He persevered through his lowest of lows and managed to send LS Renovations into utter success. He has managed to create contacts with people several of us wish we knew but makes it a point to not let a world that is infamous for changing people; affect him.
